How Jesus Sought People… A Moment In The Word
I find it rather amusing (not really) that during the Christmas season, as we celebrate the birth of the prince of peace, that we have stress and strife rather than peace.
In fact the book of James reminds us that where we have strife and envy that we also have confusion and every evil work! Merry Christmas, right?
"For where envying and strife is, there is confusion and every evil work." – James 3:16
So, I ask you to look closely at the true reason behind the season and allow true peace to overshadow you.
The key is to refocus – focus on Jesus.
I am all about the family and the gifts – yet the stress of shopping and travel can be overbearing if we focus on the activities instead of Christ.
The focus on Jesus ……………

*This word of the Lord came to me through several sessions of prayer and worship. It came as a vision, and then the Lord began to expand upon it, and expand even more. Then Jesus said to them…

God is calling us to set our love on things above.
He wants us to give our attention to the things of the
spirit so we are able to dominate the world around us with
the love and power of God. God has patiently waited for the Church. It's time for His power and glory to be manifested as never before.

Thus, brethren, we are debtors, not to the flesh, to live after the
For if ye live after the flesh, ye shall die : but if ye through the Spirit do mortify
the deeds of the body, ye shall live.
In the Old Testament, God's children were very careful about the dwelling …
