3 Helpful Verses For Everyone Who Is Struggling With Worry (These Are So On Point!)

In Matthew 6:25-34, Jesus basically laid out everything we needed to hear and we what we needed to know. He knew that we will struggle, He knew that we will eventually fear a blurred future, that our ability to not see what is ahead will affect us.

Theses particular verses in the Bible are so famous. It’s basically what we Christians hold on to when we go through a season of worry or we share this to anyone who is going through the same season as well. But don’t you know that the bible is filled with thousands of God’s promises? Today, I am sharing 3 more powerful verses for every worried soul out there.

1. Isaiah 43 :1-2 (read full verse HERE)

“Do not be afraid for I have ransomed you. I have called you by name—you are mine.”

God knows that his people will always need saving and He remains faithful to stand on his promise even up to today. Whichever struggles you are going through right now, know that when you ask God to help you, HE WILL because you are His.

2. Psalms 23:1-3 (read full verse HERE)

“The Lord is my shepherd; I have all that I need.”

David wrote Psalms 23. He was a shepherd himself so he knew how to take care of his sheep and he knew that tending to so many sheep can be a hard task. He knew that even though his strength is limited he is still able to take care of the flock. This gave him a picture of how God is the ultimate Shepherd. David wrote that if God is the one taking care of you, there’s really nothing to worry about. If you are going through lack, know that the one taking care of you will never fail and he has everything you need even before you ask him.

3. Ephesians 3:16-20 (read full verse )

“Now to him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to his power that is at work within us.”

GOD IS ABLE. He is able to do IMMEASURABLY MORE. We may start to ask “how?” but I want you to ponder on the thought that God made the whole universe without lifting a finger. All He did was speak the world into motion. That is how powerful and mighty the God that we are worshiping. If He can do this, then He can do more.

Today, I invite you to come in prayer and worship. Ask God to take away your worries and help you hold on to his promises and help you enable to see His mighty hand being at work in your life.
