I do Ebay mostly, some Etsy and Bonanza , most important thing to me is communication between the buyer and seller. If they contact me I try to answer right away. On every transaction I do, I have made it a habit to contact them and let them know I am shipping it out , how it is being shipped and when to expect it. Not necessary to really do since ebay notifies them but I have found by doing that people are so appreciative to hear from the seller. When they get the email from me, a lot of times they will respond back with great appreciation. I know as a buyer also, I would appreciate being contacted by the seller. Takes 2 min. of my time, but well worth it.

It is a very important aspect of having a successful business. I've had my account restricted last year in Q4 it wasn't worth it. Lesson learned.
