Two former Planned Parenthood clinic managers recently shared first-hand accounts of the gruesome procedure of sorting baby body parts after an abortion.
Sue Thayer and Marianne Anderson spoke with Live Action about what they witnessed while Planned Parenthood employees.
Thayer said that after an abortion, the baby body parts are sorted by clinic staff and placed in glass jars.
“You kind of piece it back together and try to see if you got all the parts” she said, explaining the shocking process.
Thayer went on to recall one instance when she was trying to assemble the parts of an aborted baby.
“Why are there three arms?” she asked. “The gal training me said, ‘Twins, it was twins,’” she continued.
She also said that other parts of the aborted babies were flushed down the drain into the city’s septic system. ‘All those babies are in the Des Moines sewer system,’” she says she remembers thinking.
Anderson said she remembered hearing a doctor talk to the baby body parts while he was sorting them.
“There was one doctor that would sit there and he would sometimes talk to this,” said Anderson. “I’ll never forget him saying, ‘Now, where’s your little arm? I didn’t see your — I’m missing this arm,’ and he would sift through it trying to find the pieces. And then I remember him saying, ‘Oh there you are, now where’s the head?’”
Although gruesome, these accounts show that abortionists recognize that it is not simply masses of tissue they are aborting, according to The Stream.
