Jesus Wants Us to be Healed of Our Sickness! Here are 5 Biblical Reasons that will Prove It!

Our God is a miracle-working God. Sad to say, many people nowadays do not believe that God can still heal in our day.

They thought that healing only took place when Jesus walked here on earth. The Bible clearly says that Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever (Heb. 13:8). If He compassionately healed sick people before, He still does today, and in the future days to come.

Many sick people are becoming hopeless of their case and they thought that there’s no remedy in their situation anymore. And sometimes, they tend to blame God for their sickness, while others think that God is punishing them for their sins. But this is totally a lie. John 10:10 says, The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full. Sickness comes from Satan, but healing comes from God. It is God’s will to heal us and restore us.

Here are 5 Biblical Truths that will prove that Jesus wants to heal you!

Reason 1: Jesus heals because it is His nature to heal. Exodus 15:16 “… for I am the LORD, who heals you.”
Reason 2: Jesus paid for our healing on the cross. Isaiah 53:5 But he was pierced for our transgressions, he was crushed for our iniquities; the punishment that brought us peace was on him, and by his wounds we are healed.
Reason 3: Jesus is full of compassion for His people. Matthew 14:14 When He went ashore, He saw a large crowd, and felt compassion for them and healed their sick.
Reason 4: Jesus heals to manifest heaven on earth. Matthew 6:10 Your kingdom come, your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven.
Reason 5: Jesus heals to bring glory to the Father. John 17:4 I have brought you glory on earth by finishing the work you gave me to do.
