Daigle was so excited to lead the “Good Morning America” co-hosts in worship. And as GMA anchor Paula Faris said before introducing the 25-year old singer, “I gotta say, Lauren, I love your voice; I listen to your songs all the time.” Without a doubt, Daigle is using her talent of singing to bring a message to everyone about the hope we can find in God.
Daigle’s “Trust in You” song is worth sharing and listening to. It’s a worship song declaring that when things and situations are too difficult for us to handle, we can be secured knowing God conquered the world already, which means victory is ours! All we need to do is ask to have a trusting heart and rest in His presence.
As the lyrics of the song goes, “You are my strength and comfort, You are my steady hand, You are my firm foundation; the rock on which I stand, Your ways are always higher, Your plans are always good, There’s not a place where I’ll go, You’ve not already stood.”
