When you see movies with car chases in a concrete channel in LA that's the LA river, lots of room for storm runoff but very little water most times. Angeles is Spanish for angels, could you be seeing God's messengers moving into place for what is to come? Of course it could be both since I've found God likes to send messages with multiple meanings to show they came from someone who can do things the human mind isn't smart enough to do.
