A TransAsia flight clipped a bridge shortly after takeoff and plummeted into the Keelung River, 
just yards from the river bank, near the island's capital of Taipei on Wednesday. At least 19 people have been killed. These are the latest updates:
- A toddler is among the survivors of the GE235 crash.
- Incredible footage of a taxi driver walking away after being hit by the aircraft has emerged.
- A total of 58 people were on board the domestic flight, with at least 19 people killed and dozens injured.
- As many as 31 passengers were from mainland China, Taiwan's TVBS news broadcaster said
- TransAsia director Peter Chen said contact with the plane was lost four minutes after takeoff.
